Bathing the Chihuahua should be done only once a month and proper care should be taken to ensure that water does not enter the ears. The nails need to be trimmed regularly. The height of the Chihuahua is about 6-9 inches and they may weigh about 2-6 pounds. The number of years that a Chihuahua may live is around fifteen years.
